Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We may deduct postage costs for non-faulty returns.
Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at yalashops.refund@gmail.com.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
