Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Yalashops. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

    • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)

    • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, earrings)

    • Digital downloads

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We may deduct postage costs for non-faulty returns.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at yalashops.refund@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked service.
